New Businesses Coming to SH 114 in Fort Worth:
HTeaO, Discount Tire, Baylor Scott & White, and More
If you’ve driven along SH 114 in Fort Worth near I-35W and Championship Parkway, you may have noticed that this area is changing quickly.
We drove by and saw the sign for HTeaO and got a little giddy. We’re not saying iced tea makes a construction project exciting, but around here, apparently it does.
That sign got us looking into the new businesses and developments coming to SH 114 in Fort Worth, and there’s quite a list. Several projects are already underway or expected to begin construction soon, bringing new restaurants, automotive services, a car wash and a major medical facility to the growing corridor.
Here’s what we know so far.
HTeaO Coming to SH 114
Location: US Highway 114 & Champions Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177
One of the most anticipated new businesses coming to SH 114 is HTeaO.
The planned location will be approximately 1,960 square feet and include a drive-thru. Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2026, with completion estimated for January 2027.
HTeaO is known for its large selection of freshly brewed iced teas and customizable flavors.
Needless to say, we’ll be watching this one closely.
Discount Tire Planned Near SH 114
Location: West of 3372 Hwy. 114, Fort Worth, TX 76177
A new Discount Tire is planned along SH 114. The proposed store will be approximately 7,317 square feet.
Construction is expected to begin in September 2026, with completion projected for July 2027.
The new location will bring another option for tires, wheels and automotive services to the growing area.
Take 5 Oil Change
Location: SH 114 & Championship Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177
Take 5 Oil Change is also part of the development along the SH 114 corridor.
This project was originally scheduled for completion in June 2025, making it one of the earlier projects associated with this development.
Take 5 is known for its stay-in-your-car oil-change service, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles while the service is performed.
Smalls Sliders Coming to Champions West
Location: Champions West, near SH 114 & I-35W
Burger fans may have another option coming to the area.
Smalls Sliders is listed as a proposed tenant at Champions West, a development near SH 114 and I-35W.
The fast-casual restaurant specializes in cheeseburger sliders, fries, shakes and its signature dipping sauce.
We haven’t found a current construction filing or confirmed opening date for this particular Fort Worth location, so for now we’re calling it planned.
Club Car Wash Planned for SH 114
Location: 3374 TX-114, Fort Worth, TX 76177
A new Club Car Wash is planned at 3374 TX-114.
The proposed facility will be approximately 4,748 square feet and include an automated wash tunnel and vacuum stalls.
Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with completion estimated for May 2027.
Baylor Scott & White Expanding Along SH 114
Location: 2952 Highway 114, Fort Worth, TX 76177
One of the biggest developments coming to the SH 114 corridor is a new Baylor Scott & White medical facility.
The approximately 18,250-square-foot facility will include a 24/7 emergency department, eight emergency beds, eight inpatient beds, CT and X-ray imaging and additional support services.
Construction began in 2026, and the facility is expected to open in early 2027.
For an area experiencing significant residential and commercial growth, the addition of emergency and inpatient services will be an important one.
Tim Hortons Planned Near SH 114
Location: SH 114/Championship Parkway area
And then there’s Tim Hortons.
We’ve found references to plans for a Tim Hortons in this general area, but we haven’t found a current construction filing or officially announced opening date for this specific location.
For now, we’re putting Tim Hortons in the “planned and watching” category.
We’ll happily update this section when a construction timeline or opening date becomes official.
SH 114 Fort Worth Development Continues
With HTeaO, Discount Tire, Take 5 Oil Change, Smalls Sliders, Club Car Wash, Baylor Scott & White and Tim Hortons all associated with the area, it’s clear that the SH 114 corridor near I-35W and Championship Parkway is experiencing significant growth.
The projects will add new dining, retail, automotive and medical options for residents and commuters in North Fort Worth and the surrounding communities.
