Messy Buns Sourdough

I am a one arm baker with a fun messy bun 90% of the week, hence the business name. My sourdough is small batch and long fermented to achieve that perfectly distinct sour flavor. I take pride in the art and beauty of creating a healthy alternative to store bought bread for my customers. I offer both classic and sandwich shaped loaves in a variety of flavors so that everyone can choose the bread that best suits their needs.
