Post offices & mail routes
Before modern roads and delivery services, post offices helped give communities an identity. In the late 1800s, mail routes connected small settlements across North Texas, and the names attached to those post offices often became the names we recognize today. This 1892 map gives us a glimpse into the communities and routes surrounding what would become the Justin area.
